Are there some instructions on how to use Simplex Math?

Why is there no sound?
The most common reasons for not hearing any sound in the application are:
1) The device's mute button is turned on.
2) The volume setting on the device is set too low.
3) The volume setting in the app's settings menu is set too low (the settings menu is accessed by tapping on the white cog icon on the bottom tool bar).
What languages are supported?
Simplex Math supports the following languages: English, French, French Canadian, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Malay, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, German, Greek, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese (Portugal), Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Latin), Swedish, Thai, Turkish and Vietnamese.
I'm having difficulty creating a new user account. What can I do?
First navigate to the Home Menu, then tap on the student's name or the button next to their name. A pop over will appear that contains a "Create User" button to access the Create User menu.
Once on the Create User menu, ensure that the input box has focus by tapping on it. This should bring up the virtual keyboard and allow you to enter your name.
If you have a Blue Tooth keyboard attached to your iPad the virtual keyboard will not appear and you will have to enter your name using your physical Blue Tooth keyboard.
